MIG Welder

Location: Telford, Shropshire

Salary: £13.5 - £14.5 per hour+ Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, 39 hours per week

The Client:

Our client is a well-established manufacturer firm, offering a wide array of services including laser cutting, tubular laser cutting, CNC punching, and precision sheet metal work.

The Role:

As a MIG / TIGWelder, you will interpret engineering drawings and perform advanced welding on materials of varying thicknesses.

Requirements:



* Previously worked as a MIG Welder, TIG Welder or in a similar role.


* Experience in arc welding.


* Background in handling materials of diverse thicknesses.


* Capable to read and interpret engineering drawings.


* Worked with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and sheet metal.


* Skilled in MIG welding or TIG welding.


* At least 2 years of fabricating experience would be preferred.


* Welding certification / welding qualifications, or AWS certification, qualified by relevant experience would be beneficial.


Shifts:



* Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm


* Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm
