Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager

A Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager is required at a well-established Mechanical & Electrical company, the site is based in Perivale, starting 15th of July

Salary: £75,000 per annum
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets collaboratively, ensuring clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Efficiently manage on-site resources including labor, equipment, and materials, coordinating procurement and logistics for timely delivery.


• Enforce health and safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and provide training to maintain a safe work environment.


• Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inspections, and address any issues promptly to meet industry standards.


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and timely reporting.


• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively, documenting and tracking all adjustments.


• Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare accurate financial reports.


• Proactively address project risks, make timely decisions, and collaborate to overcome challenges.


• Conduct daily site inspections, update schedules and budgets as needed, and provide leadership and support to site personnel while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)


• Electrical qualifications

• Team Management: Supervise a team of 1-20 personnel


• Value of Packages Managed: Approximately £750,000
