Site Manager

A Site Manager is required at a well-established Structural Steel Fabrication company based in Suffolk.

Contract Duration: 3 months
Start Date: Immediate
Daily Rate: £270
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (8 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
Managing architectural metalwork installers on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations including coordination of subcontractors and site personnel.


• Implementing health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.


• Monitoring progress against project schedules and reporting to project stakeholders.


• Resolving onsite issues promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions.


• Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets standards.


• Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and resolve technical issues.


• Managing site documentation and maintaining accurate records of site activities.

Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification


• Black Hat


• Supervisors Gold Card


• First Aid certification
