ASSISTANT LEARNING & TALENT MANAGER – SAUDI ARABIA!

Such an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering Hospitality team in Tabuk, KSA!

We are looking for an Assistant Learning and Talent / Development Manager.

We are looking for someone who is currently holding a similar job role and have skills in learning strategy development, training program design and delivery, project management, budgeting, communication, negotiation, and proficiency in software tools such as MS Office and Learning Management Systems.

It is preferable that you are currently working in a luxury hotel environment and will consider strong Supervisors ready for their next step up too.

Gulf experience is preferable too, as well as some form of degree or similar in a related field.

Salary package: negotiable for the right person
