Transport Administrator

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for an Transport Administrator to work for our prestigious client based in Cannock.

As an administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties will include:


  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organising and scheduling appointments
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Writing and distributing emails, correspondence, letters, faxes and forms
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system
  • Maintaining contact lists
  • Serving as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures

Hours of Work: 2 week rotating shift - 2 x weeks of 6am - 2pm / 2 x weeks of 10am - 6pm 

Rate of Pay: £11.44phr

Position: Temp to Perm

Please note: Transport experience / background would be advantageous
