Finance Manager

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for our prestigious client based in Cannock.

The successful applicant would ideally be ACCA or ICAEW Qualified – but not essential.

Duties will include:


  • Filing relevant returns with HMRC for VAT and Monthly Intrastat returns
  • Producing monthly management accounts and generating relevant reports using Autopart
  • Active participation in the financial management of the company
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Authorising Internet banking payments to suppliers
  • Oversee the Paypal & Sage Pay reconciliation and initiate payments
  • Maintain, administer and pay company pension scheme
  • Produce P11D data
  • Utility company pricing
  • Company Insurances
  • Liaising with auditors
  • Collect and bank cash & cheques

Skills / Knowledge & Experience:


  • Knowledge of various accounting software’s and stock programs
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Excel
  • Have a well-developed attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and track multiple processes
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages (Excel, Word) and a knowledge or ability to work with in-house bespoke software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
