Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Tudor team here in Walsall.

Duties will include:

• Using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates
• Reviewing CV’s, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assessing candidate suitability for specific roles
• Assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and preferences
• Writing and posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
• Maintaining and updating the recruitment database with candidate and client information
• Conducting research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and maintaining records
• Business development and sales would play a large part of this role

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial division knowledge would be advantageous
• Good use of all Microsoft Packages including Excel
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry trends
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm / 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
