Job Title: Draughtsman
Job Details:

• Start Date: Immediate


• Hours: 8.5 hours per day


• Salary: £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing Steel Structures: Create detailed drawings for steel structures, including design specifications and technical details.


• Architectural Metal Works: Develop architectural metalwork designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and engineering standards.


• Platform Utilization: Primarily use Tekla for 3D modeling and SolidWorks as required.
  
  Experience with Tekla is essential.


• Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys and 3D scanning to gather accurate data for design and planning.

Working Conditions:

• Location: This position is not available for remote work.
  
  The role is based on-site at our office/location.


• Team Structure: You will be working under the supervision of a Design Manager and alongside three other drafters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in drawing steel structures and architectural metal works.


• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tekla, with experience in SolidWorks considered an advantage.


• Surveying Skills: Ability to conduct site surveys and perform 3D scanning independently.


• Communication: Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.


• Team Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team under the direction of a Design Manager.
