ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer

Linking Humans is excited to partner with a client who is seeking a talented ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer to join their dynamic team.

This is a UK-based, remote contract role starting in mid-September and running through February 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customise and configure HRSD modules to meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
• Ensure best practices are followed in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRSD configurations and integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and HRSD best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development.
• Deep knowledge of HRSD modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
