• Handle maintenance budgets effectively, manage costs, and respond promptly to maintenance-related emergencies to minimise guest disruption.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager preferably in the hotel sector
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and maintenance reporting tools.
