Job Title: Senior Sous Chef – Luxury Boutique Hotel

Salary: £40,000 + Service Charge

Location: Gloucestershire

I am recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join this luxury 3AA Rosette boutique hotel in the Cotswolds.

As Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for all production and presentation of the dishes and will work closely with the Head Chef creating a memorable experience for the guests.

About the position

• Ensure that the delivery and production of food is at the highest quality

• Maintain the highest level of communication between the team
• Brief the team daily
• Ensure that deliveries are checked for quality and quantity

The successful candidate

• Experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or restaurants
• Fine dining background a must
• A passionate individual
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience managing and training teams
