Job Title: Director of Sales – Central London Hotel

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus

Location: London

I am currently recruiting a Director of Sales to join this central London hotel.

My client is looking for an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the industry.

We are looking for a sales driven individual who will be managing the top accounts for the group along with the sales team across the group.

About the position

• Identify & grow new business
• Develop strategic long term customer relationships
• Organise and carry out in-market sales tours
• Act as the market segment specialist
• Work closely with the General Manager
• Act as the market segment specialist
• Ensure that the team are maximizing revenue opportunities and conversions
• Manage and develop the sales team

The successful candidate

• Previous experience as a Sales Director in hotels
• Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
• ability to make effective commercial decisions
• A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual
• Ability to develop and manage relationships
• Strong communication and administrative skills
