Our client, a renowned hospitality group, is seeking a Executive Japanese Chef to join one of its upscale Japanese dining concepts, celebrated for its authentic cuisine and exceptional guest experiences.

Skills and Experience:

•  Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional techniques, ingredients, and modern interpretations
• Ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams, ensuring consistent excellence in execution while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Skilled in managing high-end kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost management, and maintaining strict health and safety standards
• Expertise in creating refined, authentic, and innovative Japanese dishes that align with the restaurant’s upscale concept and exceed guest expectations
