Our client is an upscale Chinese restaurant, known for its dynamic and innovative approach to the dining industry.

They are seeking an experienced General Manager with in-depth knowledge of the Miami restaurant industry!

The Role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.

This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, handling budgeting and financials, and upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.

You will also be responsible for training and developing the team, implementing operational strategies, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team in a high-paced, upscale restaurant environment
• Strong understanding of the Miami hospitality scene
• Expertise in budgeting, P&L management, inventory control, and cost analysis to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to ensure a superior dining experience for guests through attention to detail, effective problem-solving, and proactive service management
• In-depth understanding of fine dining operations, food and beverage trends, and health and safety regulations, with a passion for delivering excellence
