Job Title: General Manager – Luxury Venue – Home Counties

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus

Location: Home Counties

I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this luxury country estate hotel located in the Home Counties.

My client is looking for a passionate manager who will lead by example and train and develop the team.

We are looking for someone with extensive GM experience along with a commercial mind and a strong background in managing hospitality operations.

About the position

• Oversee the operations throughout the estate
• Drive staff training to the highest level
• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Help drive sales & marketing
• Exceed monthly targets
• Report to the Directors

The successful candidate

• General management experience in a multi-faceted venue 
• Excellent business acumen 

• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Have a hands-on approach and lead by example
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Have a passion for hospitality
