VP of HR/ Head of HR

My client is a rapidly expanding food service company with over 5,000 global locations! With presence in USA, Canada, UK and Europe, they are continuing to expand in other countries.

Due to the continued growth, we’re looking for a VP of HR to oversee all element of HR within this group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for most HR functions including benefits, onboarding, worker’s comp, documentation and HRIS audits
• Play a major role in recruiting and onboarding including orientation for new hires across the US
• Work alongside CEO to support and provide reports for compliance
• Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organisation
• Maintain current knowledge of the US and federal legislation and regulations to monitor and ensure compliance
• Oversee all disciplinary issues

Key Requirements:

• Experience with franchisees in an absolute MUST
• HR experience within QSR, retail, hospitality ideal
• Experience with both hourly and salaried employees a must
• Strong in all HR procedures including; compliance, recruitment, training and development etc
• Experience with local labour laws
• Experience within a union environment
• Excellent leadership skills
• Advanced on Microsoft Office
