Position: F&B Director – Luxury Country Hotel – Ireland
Location: Ireland - Relocation possible 
Salary: Negotiable

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented F&B Director for a prestigious country hotel in Ireland.

The ideal candidate will oversee the F&B outlets while training and developing the heads of department.

the ideal candidate has experience in luxury hotels and has the right to work within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of all F&B outlets and private events
• Manage and train staff to the highest standard
• Develop and introduce new concepts
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve the best outcomes
• Take responsibility for operational and financial performance
• Report to the Assistant General Manager

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar luxury hotel or venue
• Strong understanding of operations, forecasting, and budgeting
• High standard of customer service, including working with VIP guests
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Passion and in-depth knowledge of food and beverages
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
