Job Title: Senior Food & Beverage Management

Salary: up to $15,000 per month

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Heads of Departments to lead the F&B operations for a prestigious hospitality group in the Middle East.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, or high-end resorts, with a passion for delivering world-class culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic F&B plans to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, banqueting, and catering operations, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with culinary teams to maintain menu innovation and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the department.
• Implement trends and best practices to elevate F&B offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of leadership experience in F&B
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or resort operations in Europe is a must
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to drive innovation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
