Head of Operations – Fast-Growing QSR Brand | London | £100,000

We are looking for a Head of Operations who can take the reins of a growing, founder-led hospitality brand, someone with the experience to scale a business, the leadership skills to build and inspire teams, and the hands-on approach to make things happen.

This is not a corporate, desk-based role.

It is about leading from the front, problem-solving in real-time, and keeping things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring seamless service, motivated teams, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Putting systems and processes in place to support future growth.

• Ensuring profitability while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Bringing their vision to life through smart operational strategy.

• A commercial mindset—you understand P&L, budgeting, and how to drive profitability.
