Executive Chef - Phoenix, AZ- $90k to $140k DOE
Our client, an established Italian hospitality brand, is opening a new concept and seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary leader to shape the menu and oversee the kitchen operations from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and top-tier food quality.
- Lead the development and creation of the restaurant's menu, ensuring it aligns with the brand's Italian culinary style while incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a strong kitchen team to deliver excellence.
- Handle budgeting, inventory, and cost control to keep operations efficient.
- Monitor financial performance to meet or exceed targets.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience running kitchen operations at an Executive Chef level, while maintaining top-quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and growing a high-performing culinary team.
- Skilled in menu planning&development and cost management
- Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene, ensuring a safe and compliant kitchen.
