Job Title: General Manager – Branded Hotel Group – West Midlands

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus

Location: Nottingham

I am currently recruiting for a General Manager to join this modern branded hotel and leisure group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group.

As General Manager you will oversee the entire operation of the hotel, leisure centre & restaurant.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Ensure KPIs are met

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
