Event Manager, London, £40k - £45k

My client is a charitable organisation who are looking for an Event Manager to join their team, responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of a variety events including conferences, dinners, festivals, cultural event and private parties.

You will have strong communication skills and previous experience in coordinating a variety of events from start to finish either in house or from a venue or agency background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in planning the programme of events for the year
• End to end coordination and management of events
• Handle private event enquiries and planning for HNW individuals
• Build relationships with venues and external suppliers
• On-site management of events
• Social media and Digital management
• Creating budgets and expense reports after each event

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in 360 event management
• Excellent communication skills
• An eye for quality and detail
• Organised and efficient approach to their workload
• Confident in project managing and multi-tasking
• Positive and enthusiastic
