Our client, a high-end resort in Orlando, is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to oversee and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of resort areas.

This role includes planning and organizing weekly work assignments, managing the stewarding team, and ensuring the safe use of cleaning materials.

The position also involves coordinating hiring, training, and performance evaluations to uphold the resort’s high standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in stewarding, preferably in fine dining and banquet operations within a hotel or resort
• Strong ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing a large and dynamic team effectively
• Fluency in English is required, with Spanish proficiency preferred
