CHEF DE CUISINE – THAI CUISINE, DUBAI

Our client is a 5

* hotel property in Dubai who is looking for a Speciality Chef or Chef de Cuisine(CDC) for their Signature Thai Restaurant!

We do need a Chef who is very experienced in Thai Cuisine and who has worked internationally at premium dining restaurants or a similar role in a 5

* hotels.

We could consider a very strong Senior Sous Chef, ready for his or her first Head Chef role.

This CDC job role will involve consistently executing dishes to the highest standards.

Good leadership and communication skills are required - you will be able to manage a diverse team of staff.

Salary package offered: AED16k pm all inclusive plus medical insurance, flights, etc

Single status contract offered.
