We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Ideally, someone from a strong background in fine dining, luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for culinary excellence.

The Role:

• Manage an assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and wider culinary team.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members.
• Ensure consistent quality while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining, luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or premium catering.
• Strong culinary skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and ability to work within an international team.
• Culinary qualification preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
