Role: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: HQ - Amsterdam, Netherlands (the role is fully remote, with some occasional travel to the office)
Language: Dutch and English
Type: Full-Time, Contract (6 months plus extension highly likley)

About the Role:

Our client, a prestigious organisation renowned for its innovation and excellence, is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet complex business requirements.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the design and development process.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to recommend enhancements and optimisations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
