Key Responsibilities:

• Translate functional customer requirements into workable ServiceNow solutions.
• Delivering service management solutions together with a team to diverse clients.
• Working on complex clients projects in an Agile environment and with an international team.
• Advise clients on how to derive more value from the ServiceNow platform.
