Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring optimal use of the platform to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business processes and requirements.
• Design, implement, and manage ServiceNow solutions with a focus on HAM, SAM, and CSDM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and optimisation of ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with organisational standards.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including HAM, SAM, and CSDM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• ServiceNow certification is highly desirable.
• Must have a background in financial services.
