Customer Service Advisor

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our prestigious client based in Walsall.

Please note: This position is temporary for 2-3 months to cover the Christmas period

As a customer service / customer relations advisor you will be genuinely excited to help the customers and delivery amazing service.

Duties will include:

• Actively investigate ways of improving customer service and customer experience
• Ensure customer complaints are dealt with promptly and professionally
• Monitor, record and evaluate customer complaints
• Manage complaints from start to finish
• Ensure accuracy of information and data issued
• Provide regular management information back into the function in order to identify areas for improvement
• Look for ways to continually improve the service of the customer service / customer relations function both in terms of effectiveness and cost
• Adhere to meet Service Level Agreements and KPI’s
• Maintain an upbeat positive attitude towards Poundland cherished customers

The ideal candidate:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of consumer legislation and best practice
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong telephone manner and skills
• Ability to adapt to different types of characters
• Natural problem solver
• Self-reliant and confident decision maker
• Experience of working in a customer relations role ideally within a call centre or retail environment
• Experience working with customer service databases
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask

Hour of Work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (Hybrid – 3 x days in office, 2 x days WFH)

Rate of Pay: £12.60phr
