I am currently recruiting a Chief Engineer for this Hotel group in East London.

My client is looking for a proactive, dynamic and professional person to head the department.

As Chief Engineer you will oversee the hotel’s H&S, maintenance, inspections and project management.

About the position

• Overseeing Health & Safety
• Budgeting and cost planning
• Responsible for overall planning, monitoring, and control of maintenance  
• Manage inspections
• Sourcing providers
• Facilities maintenance planning, scheduling and control
• Lead by example and motivate the team
• Project management

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role within hotels
• A well organised individual with great communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
