Salary: £40,000 + Tronc

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Bar Manager to lead a busy, multi-outlet bar operation within a luxury hotel in central London.

This is an exciting role for a passionate leader who can develop a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the position

• Oversee the smooth running of all bars, ensuring consistently high service standards.
• Lead, train and develop the team, managing performance and building a positive working culture.
• Maintain excellent cocktail quality, drinks knowledge and guest experience.
• Manage rotas, stock control, ordering and day-to-day operational standards.
• Drive upselling, handle guest feedback and work closely with other departments.

The successful candidate

• Will have previous Bar Manager experience within a hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar.
• Strong people-management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and professional bar service.
• A hands-on, proactive leader with a strong presence on the floor.
• Highly organised, confident managing performance and committed to delivering exceptional service.
