Job Title: Front Office Agent

Location: Dresden, Germany

Salary: €22,000 - €24,000 per year

As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that each guest receives a warm welcome and impeccable service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Assist with reservations and cancellations
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage
